NOTE REGARDING PDF CONVERSION:

Authors are responsible for converting submitted abstracts, project boards, and competition entries into PDF documents. Per submission requirements, these documents must be multiple-page files, rather than a single file per page.

The PDF format will ensure that submissions may be easily exchanged among reviewers. Common software from Adobe allows PDFs to be created from common word processing and graphics programs.

If you do not have Adobe software available to you, you will find several free pdf writers on the Web which work much like printers. Among these is Primo PDF, available at www.primopdf.com.

For non-profit or educational purposes, there is a free word-processing and graphics suite called Open Office (sponsored by Sun Microsystems) which creates PDF documents and can also open and convert common Microsoft Office files. This program is available at http://www.openoffice.org/.

The conference organizers in no way endorse the above solutions - however, participants without Adobe and Microsoft programs will find these free solutions helpful in accommodating the submission requirements.
